Position Details
* This position is a part-time benefits eligible position.

The Center for Geriatrics at the University of North Texas Health Science Center is seeking to hire a part-time Faculty Instructor to support a Patient Safety initiative in the long term care setting. This position will be responsible for delivery of education and training to other healthcare professionals within our community along with assisting reporting of programs milestones and metrics. Additional opportunities may exist to participate as needed within the Center for Geriatrics, Geriatric Assessment and Planning Program (GAPP Clinic).

Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

* Plans, scheduled and conducts all of the detailed administrative matters related to funding and planned research projects
* Participate in training and project activities
* Participates in quality and data reporting for project
* This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to problem solve and to prioritize multiple competing tasks in a dynamic environment.
* Performs other duties as assigned by the principle investigator(s)

Required Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in a health related field.
