The Department of Emergency Medicine has an opening for a full-time University Staff (unclassified) Administrative Assistant III position.

This position will provide administrative support for the University of Colorado School of Medicine's Section of Wilderness and Environmental Medicine. Serve as Section Registrar. Assist with delivery of classes, taking responsibility for classroom reservations, arranging for services, ensuring paperwork distribution/collection, and occasionally helping with on-site logistics. Support marketing efforts, helping to maintain Section website, serving as public face of Section, keeping contact lists current, etc. Develop and maintain strong internal relations within School of Medicine and with external partners and collaborators. Provide office support, maintaining electronic and paper files, supplies, and thank you/student-ordered clothing and gear.
PLEASE NOTE: Candidates will be responsible for travel expenses related to the interview process and any relocation expenses, if applicable.
Salary and Benefits:
The hiring salary for this position is $40,608 - $49,176 and is negotiable and commensurate with skills and experience. This position is eligible for overtime compensation.

Three years of general clerical experience. One year of this experience must have included marketing (particularly with graphics and social media).
