Nature of Work:
Assists students, faculty, and staff with general student academic record related issues. Receives and processes documentation and performs registration duties including: grade changes, complete withdrawals, independent studies, late add/drops, and departmental credit by exams. Assists with Registrar presentations, and coordinates training for faculty and staff regarding functions of the Operations Team. Position also assists with course section maintenance and troubleshooting; runs routine Banner reports or processes; and interprets and applies academic and institutional policies to student academic record related issues.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma, 1 to 2 years of higher education experience; preferably in a student services environment preferred. Experience in the use of complex computerized information systems. Ability to lead a group, team or project. Must have exceptional customer service skills, be deadline oriented with ability to make sound, informed decisions. Must have excellent organizational and planning skills and be able to communicate effectively (oral and written). Ability to work through stressful situations and perform in a team environment needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
Preference given to candidates with direct experience in Banner and/or working with registration and course maintenance.

Salary: $12.45 minimum - $15.93 midpoint
