We are seeking a Customer Support to join our team!
You will be responsible for communicating with our customers and providing information about our new products.
- Make outbound calls to our clients and prospects
- Respond to inbound Customer Service calls professionally and efficiently
- Answer phone calls, transfer the calls to the appropriate department
- Perform other office tasks
- Previous experience in phone customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
- Previous Sales and Account Management experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Flexible, proactive and self-motivated
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have computer knowledge and experience.
