Required Qualifications: (As Evidenced by an Attached Resume)
High School diploma or equivalent and valid NYS License in Practical Nursing. Four (4) years full time experience in an ambulatory setting. Experience with taking vital signs, conducting spirometry and blood drawing.
Additional experience in an ambulatory care setting. Additional one (1) year of experience in a Family or Internal Medicine practice. Previous Experience Conducting EKG’s. Phlebotomy Certified. Experience using EMR system(s). Familiarity with the WTC Healthcare Program. Spanish/English bilingual.
Brief Description of Duties:
The selected candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills and will perform the following duties:
Special Notes: Occasional Saturdays will be required. This position is located in Commack, NY. Travel between Commack and Mineola clinic is required.
