Senior Help Desk Engineer
We are an Information Technology consulting firm looking for highly experienced Senior Help Desk Engineers to help grow our team. We are a rapidly growing company specializing in Managed Services, Infrastructure Virtualization solutions and Virtual Desktop implementations. Most work is conducted in Connecticut and Westchester.
Five years' experience in any of the following technologies required:
- Microsoft Windows Server / Active Directory
- Exchange (Hosted and On Premise)
- Remote Access Solutions
Experience with products from Symantec, VMWare, Citrix, and Fortinet a major plus
Strong customer service skills required.
