Assistant Director of Annual Giving - Reunion

This person will be responsible for procuring annual, restricted and deferred gifts to the College in accordance with the department's goals. Duties include: organizing and planning class reunion giving campaign and reunion celebrations; providing volunteers with necessary resources, training and support to be effective; developing close relationships with the volunteers in an effort to build closer ties with the college; cultivate prospects, soliciting Annual Fund gifts, and providing stewardship; and coordinating comprehensive communications and marketing strategy for reunion including branding, assets, promotion, website development, and sophisticated outreach utilizing analysis, technology, and traditional outreach methods. This position requires flexibility to travel and work occasional weekends and evenings.Bachelor's degreer required. One to Three years of development experience preferably at an educational institution or demonstrated knowledge of fundraising, volunteer management, and/or marketing. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities, to solve problems and demonstrate leadership skills is required.
