Essential Business Attributes:

Minimum of 5-years sales management experience

Experience working in a fast paced, performance driven environment

Strong grasp of numbers, analytics, and financials

Leadership skills - ability to develop, motivate and inspire a sales team

Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment

Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable


Manage and supervise all activities of inside and outside sales staff

Responsible for determining sales quotas, growth targets and holding staff accountable

Proactively implement new sales strategies

Support the sales team through all stages of the sales process, with emphasis on the early stages of identification and pre-qualification of opportunities
