Accountant : BookKeeper

Should be proficient in MS Office. Detail oriented & organized. Must be able to multi task and work in an occasionally fast paced environment. 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday.

Family Real Estate Construction, Development and Management Company looking for an assistant to controller willing start immediately. Must have strong book keeping skills to handle multiple company accounts, bank reconciliations, Journal entries, month end and year end closing including reconciling inter-company accounts. Duties include but not limited to reconciling CAM accounts, job costing, managing credit card expense accounts, manage vendor w-9's, year end 1099's, Assist in accounts payable, accounts receivable functions for both residential and or commercial tenants. Peachtree and Yardi knowledge helpful. Good organizational assistant skills.
