Duties: The Mid-Career Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership is an executive-model program for mid-level and senior educational leaders. This position has responsibility for assisting the director in managing the operations of the program. Under direction of and in support of the director, duties include:

*manage the growing portfolio of network initiatives (e.g., LFIS, PELS, MC Innovations Lab, etc.), current and future, in such a way as to advance program mission, impact and strategy; as appropriate, seek new revenue opportunities by which to sustain and expand this portfolio;

*assist in providing overall and coherent editorial oversight and content development management of all program content published in any media; toward that objective, manage the program's editorial advisory capacity;

*manage the recruitment, admissions, and enrollment of this select group;

*manage to budget and program strategy, from recruitment and outreach to alumni engagement to relations with partners and associates in the field;

*collaborate closely with program coordinators (who have primary responsibility for all student affairs and student life functions in the program, which includes working with various internal and external vendors, such as those that provide classroom space, meals, and student housing; and provide technical and process support for regular and part-time faculty); and

*work with program faculty, chairs and academic advisors in advancing the effectiveness of their instructional and advisory roles and the overall quality of the program curriculum.

Some limited travel for recruitment and network support involved.

Qualifications: Doctoral degree and 5 plus years of experience strongly preferred. Master's degree and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
