Duties: Support all members of the professional staff at the Penn Center for Innovation ('PCI'), including the licensing and business development professionals, attorneys, and contract negotiators in the drafting, negotiation and administration of all types of contractual agreements managed at PCI. Work closely with the Legal Coordinator and other contract administrators at PCI. Interface with, and work across, all areas at PCI, as required.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; Minimum three years experience as a paralegal in a university, law firm or corporate office setting or equivalent combination of education and experience; Paralegal certification required; proven strong drafting and organizational skills; Proficient in Lexis/Nexis and Westlaw commercial databases; Proven proficiency with Microsoft Word required; Proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel preferred; Experience with database applications preferred; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate and to resolve and/or discuss services in person, by telephone and in writing; Proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Ability to exercise discretion in working with highly confidential information; Proactive approach to problem-solving; Team player; excellent attention to detail, follow-through & closing.
