Champions the continued development of the project and portfolio management office for information technology services. This includes the oversight of project management best practices flexing to meet the business needs. Champions methodology in SDLC, project planning, implementation, governance, and quality control. Creates an environment that is responsive to the business, innovative, transformational and value added. Leads the demand management intake processes for project work prioritization. Collaborates with and influences the development of project management methodologies across the healthcare enterprise.
