This position provides administrative support for the Office of Federal Relations Director. Administrative responsibilities will include management of the Director's calendar, securing travel arrangements for the Director, correspondence, document and report preparation, and management of the UKFR department. Financial responsibilities include preparation of payment documents (PRDs, Purchase Orders, Journal Vouchers, etc.), monthly reconciliation of six departmental accounts, travel voucher preparation, and departmental budget monitoring. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, will work well independently and have excellent decision making skills.
