Looking for a Seasoned Workday Compensation Consultant with functional compensation knowledge and client experience to help us make some changes to existing Bonus, Stock, and Merit plans and business processes plus creating some new bonus plans. The resource would do unit testing and then support our compensation practice center team through UAT (building and sending out test scripts, making corrections, notifying testers to retest, etc.).
- 4 years' experience with functional Workday experience, specifically with configuring advanced compensation
- Must have Workday implementation experience
- Must be able to design, configure, test and deploy compensation solutions based on business requirements and any additional activities assigned.
- Leverage Workday expertise and experience to share best practices and solutions.
- Must be able to interview this week as this is an immediate need
