Job Description

We are looking for a high level (Part-Time) administration staff leader with management and bookkeeping experience.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

• Must have bookkeeping experience... Quick Books Pro designation a plus

• Must have 4 year college degree

North Carolina Real Estate License a big plus

APPLICANT STRENGTHS

• Well written with strong communication skills

• Extremely organized (almost to a fault)

• Technology oriented with extensive experience in Excel, Word, Publisher

•. Strong experience in creating Excel spreadsheets and organization tracking

• Ability to learn new technology quickly

• Friendly, likable and must make great first impression
