Duties: Responsible for the care of hospitalized and outpatient oncology patients. Coordinate the care of surgical oncology patients under the direction of the surgical oncologist, scheduling, organizing medical records, communicating with local veterinarians, patient admissions, discharges, and client education and instruct Veterinary students and Veterinary nursing students on surgical oncologic procedures.

Qualifications: A LEVEL
Associate's Degree or two year college equivalent and 0 to 1 year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Certified/licensed/registered veterinary technician or eligible to sit for and pass the VTNE within the next three months.

B LEVEL
Associate's Degree or two year college equivalent and 1 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Certified/licensed/registered veterinary technician or eligible to sit for and pass the VTNE within the next three months.
