Job Summary: The Management and Business Department at Skidmore College invites applications for a full-time, one-year appointment in Accounting for the 2017-2018 academic year, beginning September 2017 and ending May 2018. We are particularly interested in candidates from under-represented backgrounds who can add to the diversity and excellence of our academic community. Specifically, we seek someone who can successfully teach financial and managerial accounting courses at both the introductory and advanced levels, with excellence in teaching as the primary job responsibility. All teaching is at the undergraduate level, and the teaching load is six courses per academic year. Experience teaching and mentoring students from diverse backgrounds is desired.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum qualifications include a Master's degree in Accounting (MAcc, MS, MPA, etc.) and requisite teaching experience

Preferred Qualifications: Ph.D. is preferred
