ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE I
Job Summary This position serves as the front line contact for the Health Promotion and Communications departments and provides reception & administrative support and assistance to Health Promotion and Communications staff, students, and clients. In addition, this position is responsible for supporting the entire University Health Center by receiving and fulfilling orders for printed materials and health education supplies. This position requires the ability to communicate professionally and effectively, the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and the ability to establish priorities. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and two years of progressively responsible office experience.
