Job Summary

The individual in this role will manage and coordinate the students and related files, both electronic and paper, for the Clinical Integrations (CI) Component of the Interprofessional Practice and Education Program (IPE) Program. Provide administrative support while demonstrating the highest level of professionalism, inclusivity, sensitivity, and discretion to a wide variety of contacts. This individual will work closely with the Director of Clinical Integrations, the IPE Program Director, representatives from professional practice communities and the IPE Council comprised of representatives from six health profession programs on the Anschutz Medical Campus.

The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus Interprofessional Practice and Education is a nationally and internationally recognized program whose work is dedicated to producing humanistic and scientifically grounded health professionals competent to work in complex, interprofessional, team-based care, using innovative methods to educate and evaluate the essential skills needed by these professionals to serve the citizens of Colorado and beyond. The CI complete of the program provides students with meaningful interprofessional training experiences in patient-care and practice settings.

Salary and Benefits

The hiring salary for this position is negotiable and commensurate with skills and experience. This position is eligible for overtime compensation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • One (1) year of general clerical experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or two (2) years of experience in a program coordination role
  • Two (2) years experience in higher education
  • Familiarity with large educational institutions
  • Knowledge of clinical training or clinical practice
