  • Partner with vendors to graphically design and produce print and digital materials
  • Develop/write web content and work collaboratively with internal clients to redesign/re-imagine their webpages based on employee needs
  • Work collaboratively within the HR Communications team to plan and implement logistics related to Cardinal at Work engagement and branding efforts

    Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience and ability to independently write clear, concise, persuasive and engaging pieces across all communication platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise to identify the most appropriate communication channel(s) to reach target audiences including but not limited to print collateral, digital newsletter content, advertisements, social media, video, and other content that could be posted online or be used as a print piece.

  • Independently manage all aspects of communications projects from concept through implementation.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers, clients and vendors to produce high quality communications outcomes.
  • 7+ years of copy writing and editing experience is required, ideally including the writing of articles, press releases, policy documents, website content, social media, presentations, and video scripts. Candidates advancing through interviews will be expected to provide a print or online portfolio showcasing their recent relevant work.
  • A bachelor's degree desired.
  • Experience creating and editing web content with Drupal desired.
