Office of the Registrar. The Administrative Coordinator provides assistance to the Assistant Registrar for Registration and Records, Associate Registrar and Registrar. Responsibilities include supervision and training of the Records area personnel; Responsible for the updating of Regents Testing Information for student records; legislative requirements; former student applications; AP and IB scores; assists with graduation and SOAR registration; enrollment certifications and student loan deferments; Associate Degree Deserved (ADD); grade changes; Academic Renewal; transfer credit; student counseling (readmission applications, academic standing policies and appeals); NCAA Certifying Officer, Clearinghouse and Degree Verify data submissions; Georgia Transfer Articulation System (GATRACS) updates; Lawful Presence Verification; approval of transient forms; supervision of the maintenance of student information and transcripts; and compliance with university policies and procedures.
