Consistent with the grant stipulations, the K-TAP Coordinator will provide a variety of services designed to aid eligible students (K-TAP recipients) in completing their educational objectives. The director will act as a liaison.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of two years’ experience counseling adults.
Responsibilities: Developing and monitoring programs. Job placement (work-study positions). Mentoring services. Tutorial and study group assistance. Internship placement. Career counseling. Child care service referrals. Job shadowing placement. Retention counseling. Workplace coaching. Record-keeping. Evaluation of programs per grant requirements.
