Job Description

WEALTH MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
Wealth management firm in Pasadena looking for an individual with
finance related customer service experience. Responsibilities include processing brokerage
and insurance paperwork and client relations.
Must be detail-oriented with excellent customer service, organizational, and computer skills.

Responsibilities
The Wealth Management Assistant will interact with clients by telephone and in
person to answer questions, take information, complete new account applications
and/or fund transfer requests. This person will have the opportunity to help advise clients on investments and enroll them in IRA and 401(k) accounts. They will help build financial plans for clients and be involved in the administration and development of new firm processes.
The Wealth Management Assistant will act as liaison with financial institutions, such
as broker-dealer, custodian institutions, mutual fund companies, money managers,
and insurance companies. The Wealth Management Assistant will initiate, track, and
expedite new account processes, fund transfers, and trades.

Skills
This individual must be a well-organized, detail-oriented multi-tasker with excellent customer
service and computer skills. Must be proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Securities licensing preferred. If not currently licensed you will have the opportunity to become licensed.
College degree preferred.
