Degree and Area of Specialization: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. Degree must be from an accredited college or university.

Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience: Minimum 6 years experience with a Bachelor's degree or 4 years expereince with a Master's degree. Experience must be professional and relevant to the position. Demonstrated experience working collaboratively and effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Position Summary: The Program Director is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to have a deep and lasting impact at the University of Wisconsin- Madison by leading the implementation and expansion of an ongoing inclusion and community building program for students new to the university. This position will strategically interact and serve as a hub for related efforts in academic and student life areas of the campus. This opportunity will afford a person the ability to employ progressive strategies to educate students about their role in creating a positive campus climate.
