Job Summary: This position is a combination of work distributed between two of the College of Letters and Sciences Student Academic Affairs offices; Academic Information Management and Academic Deans' Services. The person in role will also look for patterns in the types of requests that are made and make suggestions for how to reduce the requests. The second biggest responsibility of this job focuses on degree clearance. With nearly 3500 L&S students graduating each year this will be a significant portion of the work load. Degree clearance involves running audit reports to make sure that those students who believe they are eligible for graduation have met all the criteria.
