Degree and Area of Specialization: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. Degrees must be from an accredited college or university.

Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience: Minimum 1 year of professional and relevant experience is required. Development and implementation of methodologies for educating on culture and social justice at predominantly white institutions of higher education. Proven experience working collaboratively and effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

11. Experience developing organizational and administrative policies and procedures.

The Program Coordinator for Our Wisconsin is a unique opportunity for a professional to have deep and long lasting impact at University of Wisconsin - Madison by leading the creation of a shared inclusion and community building experience for new students. The coordinator position reports to the Program Director for Inclusion Education. This position will strategically interact with and serve as a hub for related efforts in many academic and student life areas of the campus.
