Responsibilities:

The Customer Service/Campus Operations Assistant will carry out daily customer service functions required to support the overall goals of the College to provide a student-centered campus focused on the success of our students and service to the University. S/he is responsible for customer service, administrative tasks and solving problems to support of the efficient operation of the Broad Steet campus at Northeastern University.

Qualifications:

• Some college coursework or Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years work experience in a customer service environment, preferably in higher education
• Strong customer service, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Self starter, independent worker, strong written and oral communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule working day, evening and weekends as needed.

Additional Information:
This role is Non-exempt and Fully Benefitted and requires working 27 hours per week.
