Office Administrator

Disaster Kleenup Specialists is seeking an individual who has a great attitude and the ability to work efficiently in high demand situations and is computer wise. If you describe yourself as dependable, a people person, energetic, and also are a strong hard worker with a get-up-and-go attitude who finds an ever-changing environment not only enjoyable but a challenge to be met, we want to speak with you. If you have experience in the restoration field, this position just might be for you. (Experience a plus but we will train the right person.)

Responsibilities Include:

Supervise all office personnel:
  • Oversight of Claims Administration
  • Oversight of Human Resources
  • Oversight of Project Coordinators
  • Oversight of Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
  • Oversight of Financials
  • Development and Implementation of company policies and procedures


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or 10-15 years work experience in an accounting related field
  • Must have exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple and competing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated, paying attention to detail
  • Must possess excellent oral communication skills
  • Must possess strong problem solving ability
  • Display sound leadership ability
  • Administrative recall of procedures, organization, priorities, and work in progress
  • Ability to generate accurate information in a reasonable time frame.

Compensation:
  • Salary will depend on experience.
