Duties: Reporting to the Administrative Coordinator, the Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Office of the Vice Provost and Director of Libraries. Primary responsibilities include serving as a backup to the Administrative Coordinator in managing the Vice Provost's office, which involves coordinating schedules to ensure the office is staffed at all times, greeting guests and interacting with visitors, and maintaining the Director's schedule in the absence of the Administrative Coordinator. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to members of Administrative Council, in the form of calendar management and arranging meetings, processing reimbursements, and scheduling travel. Additional responsibilities include: taking minutes for various library meetings; assisting with mailings and office correspondence; maintaining responsibility for building signage, brochures, and handouts; and creating and updating Alumni Travel Bibliography pages.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
