STUDENT AFFAIRS COORDINATOR
Duties: The Student Affairs Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all major events (Orientation, White Coat Ceremony, Parents and Partners, Graduation, AOA reception, Match Day and other important programs for students including student run events)
The coordinator is also responsible for the organization of the career seminars, residency interview workshops and interview skills workshops. The coordinator manages the immunizations records for all medical students, assists in the payment for treatment programs for exposures. The coordinator provides support for the graduation prize selection process and manages the Associate Dean for Student Affairs' calendar.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 2 years to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Event planning experience required.
