Who we are:
The Bursar's Office exists at the University of Colorado Boulder to accurately manage key university financial functions. These functions include student billing, payments, refunds, deposits, and collections. Our objective is to perform these functions with a focus on financial integrity, accountability, and efficiency.
What your key responsibilities will be:
This position exists to manage the refund check process by developing and applying methods for increased efficiency and accuracy of these refunds. This position also provides quality customer service to Boulder campus students by designing and directing processes for refunding financial aid disbursements, over payments and confirmation deposits in an accurate and timely manner. Position also analyzes accounts and initiates transactions which affect reconciliation on CU-SIS and PS.

What we require:
Must be a current Colorado resident to apply.
Three years of work experience in the occupational field or specialized subject area of the work assigned to the job.
What we'd like you to have:
- Experience using PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
- Experience working in Higher Education
- Knowledge of Federal Financial Aid Regulations
- Bachelor's Degree
