Client Support Analyst
Contractor/consulting position to provide client support services and conduct training at client site or via webinar on healthcare risk/quality management software system. Proven experience conducting webinars or in person training sessions to teach software systems. Experience with providing customer/client support services in similar role. Travel required as needed (approx. 10%) for new implementations/trainings. Proficient in Excel, Word, and database applications. Minor SQL and Crystal Reports experience preferred. Healthcare industry/hospital experience preferred. Risk Management/Quality Management experience in a healthcare setting a plus.
