The School of Business Administration at Marymount University invites applications for a Visiting Professor Position for the Fall 2017/Spring 2018 academic year (future potential of becoming full-time, tenure-track position).

Responsibilities include teaching 3 courses per semester in the graduate Human Resource Management master degree program; specifically, Selection and Recruitment, Total Pay, HR Analytics, Performance Management, and Global Human Resource Management.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree in HRM , industrial psychology or a related field. A commitment to excellence in teaching; dynamic and interactive teaching style; and corporate/consulting experience.

Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. AA/ EOE .

Preferred Qualifications

Ph.D or D.B. A. in HRM , industrial psychology, or a related field;

Research/publications a plus.
