The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates, an independent non-profit clinical practice group affiliated with The George Washington University, is seeking an academic hospitalist psychiatrist for a full time appointment in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include serving on the psychiatry hospitalist team that serves medical-surgery units, the inpatient psychiatric service, the emergency department, and the electroconvulsive treatment service; teaching medical students and residents; seeing patients in an outpatient setting; and developing a clinical research program.Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Psychiatry and license eligible in the District of Columbia at the time of appointment.Advertised Salary: Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications. Other Benefits: Other Information:
