Duties: Reporting to the Faculty Director of LRSM, along with the Chief Academic and Financial Officer in the Provost Office, provide financial support for LRSM and other assigned research centers. Responsible for business administrator functions, including but not limited to, budget and finance, grants management, payroll and general office administration. Support facilities operations in LRSM, including oversight of asset management (lab equipment, chemical & gas inventory primarily). Work with faculty in SEAS, SAS and PSOM who receive sub-awards on the NSF grant to LRSM to ensure proper spending and reporting.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in finance, accounting or management, and 5 years to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience with developing monitoring budgets; experience managing grants and sponsored projects strongly preferred; experience working in higher education strongly preferred; experience with University accounting, budgeting and reporting tools strongly preferred; strong oral and written communications skills; strong computing skills, especially with Excel.
