Job Summary The College of Engineering is seeking a full-time Academic Manager that will manage student support services by performing all activities related to maintenance of academic records, preparation of academic reports, and collection and preliminary analysis of assessment data in collaboration with central administrative units at UGA. This position reports to the Associate Dean and also requires understanding undergraduate degree requirements and policies, and coordinating the high demand major admissions process. Accessing and analyzing program data for the college leadership, assisting in the development of systems for analysis of acceptance, enrollment and graduation rates are additional responsibilities. The individual in this position will be responsible for general oversight of the Academic Office for student services including managing the day to day activities of the engineering academic programs, collecting data and performing other administrative tasks related to academic operations. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in field appropriate to area of assignment AND three years administrative and program experience; OR Masters Degree and two years of administrative/program experience; OR seven years of progressively responsible administrative/program experience; OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved
