Maintain children's garden, serving as link to children's classroom, Center Kitchen, and families.
Required Skills: Thirty college credit hours. Skilled in gardening.
Preferred Skills: coursework in horticultural science, sustainable agriculture, hospitality management, and/or early childhood education. Experience with young children in group settings.
Experience with word processing and general computer use. Good interpersonal skills

Work is typically performed in an outdoor garden, office, kitchen, and classroom environments. While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to sit, walk, stand, bend, push, pull, move freely; talk and hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to operate various garden tools; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 50 pounds. Employees are regularly required to use written and oral communication skills; learn and apply new information or skills.
