General Summary
The School of Art is seeking to hire a non-tenure track faculty member in Art History to instruct four courses per semester for one year: three sections of World Art: Visual Arts, and one section of a course in Renaissance Art and Architecture. The appointment is a nine-month, non-tenure track position with contract dates 08/16/2017-05/15/2018.

Required Qualifications
1. Doctoral degree in Art History or Architecture.
2. Minimum two years of teaching experience at the collegiate level.
3. Demonstrable oral proficiency in the English language, as required by state law.
4. If this position is Security Sensitive or if you are subject to a criminal background investigation based on University policy, employment is contingent upon you passing a satisfactory criminal background investigation. You may not begin work until the criminal background investigation results have been received and cleared by Human Resources.
