The Department of Pharmacology and Physiology at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences invites applications for a full-time teaching faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor (non-tenure track).Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will participate in team-taught Physiology/Pharmacology courses for our medical and health science students and will serve as course director for one or more courses.Minimum Qualifications:
Ph.D. in physiology, pharmacology, or related discipline or an M.D. degree (or equivalent). Strong teaching credentials, as evidenced by experience and teaching evaluations in relevant courses, and the potential to develop an appropriate scholarly research program.Advertised Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience Other Benefits: Other Information:
The Department of Pharmacology & Physiology is responsible for teaching these disciplines to first and second year medical students, physician assistants, and biomedical graduate students within the School of Medicine and Health Sciences.
