Job Description

A growing Health and Wellness organization located in Bedford Texas has an immediate opportunity for an elite Marketing Wellness Coordinator to provide top notch support to our Clinic and community.

This opportunity is ideal for an enthusiastic, mature, organized, persistent and creative self-starter who has a passion for Health/Marketing industry and may require some administrative responsibilities. Must have strong marketing/sales capabilities. Job involves creating marketing material, distributing material to our vendors, and generating new sales opportunities.

You will provide unwavering support to the doctor by overseeing an incredibly busy, ever-changing calendar, creating detailed and thorough presentations, screening calls and handling correspondences.

As the Marketing Wellness Coordinator, you will showcase your outstanding interpersonal skills as you liaise with VIP contacts, community contacts, collaborate with multiple levels of management and staff. A positive, proactive, and dedicated individual who exhibits integrity, professionalism, and an eagerness to build his or her career in a high-energy, collaborative environment will thrive in this hands-on role.

The position will start as temp-to-perm, but could possibly start as a direct hire if we find the right individual. Your hours will be split between being in the office and out in the community, so reliable transportation is a must.

Job Responsibilities:
• Administrative support of all marketing initiatives both in the office and outside of the office
• Seek new business that would benefit from our service
• Monitor company's brand in social media channels
• Create marketing material

Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Highly organized for effectively handling multiple tasks
• Social media, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn
• Upbeat attitude and easily approachable
• Self-starter with ability to work independently without supervision
• Email marketing program knowledge a plus
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign a plus

• Past work history in customer service/sales/marketing (We are willing to train the RIGHT candidate)
General office experience is a MUST

• Past work history in customer service/sales/marketing (We are willing to train the RIGHT candidate)
• Poised under pressure and able to multitask with efficiency (previous experience with handling a heavy volume of phone calls is ideal)
• Eager to thrive in a long-term role
• Bright, personable, and customer service-oriented; proven ability to anticipate executive needs and plan ahead
• Warm and approachable team player with exceptional communication skills to interact with diverse personalities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment

Hours: PT 20 hours per week to FT 40 hours per week (flexibility within the hours of 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri)

Will convert to full-time!

Must be willing to travel locally

• Some travel may be required
• Strong judgment regarding sensitive and confidential information, and making sound decisions in challenging situations
• Proficiency with MS Office, Publisher and or Adobe programs are a PLUS

Education Level:

2 years of college or graduate level in related areas of study
