Job Description

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with small and medium sized businesses

Will work with and assist other support technicians

Responsibilities will include:
  • Handling escalations
  • Designing system configurations for upgraded networks
  • Lead engineer for onboarding new clients
  • Troubleshooting networks, routers and DNS
  • Scripting and automation

Small Business Server / Exchange Server experience is a necessity

Virtualization experience - Hyper-V and/or VMWare is required

Office 365 / Azure experienced is required

Macintosh experience is strongly desired

Linux familiarity is a plus

Must be a team player

Being well organized is a must. Will be responsible for managing ticket assignment.

We are looking for someone who not only has the experience to take care of a variety of day-to-day issues, but also someone who looks for better ways to do things and can help the company become more efficient through automation, scripting and utilization of various tool sets. The position may or may not have direct reports in the beginning, but it is definitely a leadership position.
