Assistant Manager, Student Account Services

Unit Job Summary: Reporting to the Student Accounts Manager the Assistant Manager of Student Account Services, provides design, oversight, execution and management of student account outreach and customer service. Responsibilities include management of billing services and schedules, design and management of monthly payment plans, account hold activities and student account communication channels. Core Duties: Core duties include assisting in managing the following business processes: Writes and collaborates with manager on student communications. Maintains website design and updates. Maintains communication relationship with internal customers (ie. Financial Aid Offices, Deans of Students, etc.) Oversees University Deferred Cash Payment Plan including plan design, enrollment and collection, communications, metrics and configuration. Oversee Billing and Payment customer service including telephone, walk-in and email inquiries processes. Research and resolve student account customer issues. Oversees management of Student Account Hold of past due tuition accounts and manage in-school payment agreement process. Oversees coordination of collection inventories between the Student Account Services and further placement. Liaison and educate internal academic and administrative departments on student account services and processes.

Unit Education: Bachelor's degree required.

Unit Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant student financials/customer service design experience. Experience with Campus Solutions a plus.
