Posting Information: The Director of Compliance position is a full-time, 12-month position reporting to the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, monitoring all aspects of recruiting; facilitate rules education for coaches, staff, students, boosters, and the community; processing student-athlete compliance forms and maintaining student-athlete compliance files; assist with rules interpretations, waivers, and alleged violation investigations; assist with game-day operations; assist in the academic support of student-athletes and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Training & Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications: 1-3 years prior experience in athletic compliance, knowledge of and experience working with NCAA/SoCon rules and regulations, experience with LSDBi and NCAA Compliance Assistant software, ability to work effectively in the athletic department environment, strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills.
