Job Description

The Trinity River Authority is seeking an innovative Systems Administrator in Arlington, Texas. The Systems Administrator will report to the Manager, Human Resources and provide technical and subject matter expertise in the administration of an enterprise human capital management system, learning management system and other HR applications and software. This position works independently as a liaison with internal customers and vendors for gathering requirements, system documentation, configuration, testing, upgrades, security and troubleshooting for human resources systems while maintaining a broad understanding of the HRIS technology environment, advising internal customers on HRIS technology capabilities, and proactively identifying and recommending areas for process improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems or other related fields. Human Resources related experience a plus.

3+ years of professional experience in information technology , Information Systems, or related field. HTML, Java, Web Services and computer programming knowledge required. Comp TIA Security + Certification required (or obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
