About the Current Position Available
As mentioned above, we are well-rounded individuals and the next person we welcome aboard will be no exception. The successful candidate's primary duties will include:
• Onsite technical analysis and alignment of Tarrytech's standards and best practices.
• Contributing to the development and improvement of standards and best practices.
• Building and maintaining knowledge of customer technology.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Installation of new hardware and software.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving in a helpdesk environment.
Relevant Qualifications Include:
• Minimum 3 years related experience
• 2 year degree
• Windows Server / Active Directory
• Google Apps/Intermedia/AppRiver/Office 365
• Microsoft Exchange
• Backup management
• Firewall and VPN Configurations
• Labtech / ConnectWise
Candidate must have a car and license in good standing, and will travel to clients within 30 miles of office in Westchester.
Salaried position includes single health benefits, 15 days paid vacation, and training.
