The State University of New York- Ulster is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer to serve as the College’s Assistant Dean of Human Resources in Stone Ridge, NY.
The Assistant Dean of Human Resources is an exempt senior management level position, directly reporting to the Vice President for Administrative Services.
The Assistant Dean of Human Resources, is responsible for maintaining the leadership, development, and management of personnel policies and practices, including recruitment and employment, classification and compensation, benefits, performance management and training, HRIS, diversity and discrimination, and employee relations, as well as all aspects of programs related to professional development. The Assistant Dean of Human Resources serves as Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity Officer for the College.
