Technical Account Manager
We are seeking a Technical Account Manager with an MSP background to manage and oversee our client relationships based on the technical services delivered by FPA. These technical services include the design, development, and implementation of projects, management of ongoing issues and tickets, meeting "uptime" and response goals, and ensuring overall client happiness. The successful candidate will be able to generate new work from existing clients to be delivered by FPA service delivery staff. Additionally, the successful candidate will manage the overall technical architecture and solutions within the selected FPA service level agreement, helping clients to meet their business objectives. This includes overseeing all tasks, meetings, client communications, and FPA team members involved all while meeting FPA's Core Values.
