Position: Help Desk Analyst
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA
Terms: Contract, Flexible Hours
Compensation: Competitive, depending on experience

Launch Consulting is searching for candidates to fill an open help desk analyst position for one of our clients.

**This is NOT a part-time position**

Job Description
- Experience in averaging 25-30 calls per day.
- Ability to handle a work atmosphere that entails 100% phone support.
- Mid Level Experience with Active Directory
- Clearly document all issues according to ticket logging.
- Provide quality customer service through communication, composure, empathy, helpfulness, and flexibility.
- Diagnose, classify, resolve, and assign technical and procedural issues.

- Must have strong Customer Service background.
- Experience in phone technical support, Windows XP, Computer Science and IT
- Have experience working with customers or end users primarily over the phone.
- Strong Verbal and Written Skills
- Experience with Remedy Systems, A+ Certified, Enterprise Level, and MCDSTS is a huge plus
