Job Description


Strong understanding and interest in PCs, Macs and mobile devices
2+ years hands-on experience in mobile device support (iPhone, Android, etc.)
2+ years end user support through remote, in person and telephone support
2+ years experience with maintaining operating systems (Windows, Mac)
2+ years experience with MS Office Suite
2+ years experience with installing & configuring peripheral devices (Printers, Scanners, etc.)
2+ Years experience with basic networking
2+ Years experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
Demonstrated ability with Windows, OS X, iOS, Android OS and related 3rd party applications
Demonstrated ability with Remote access software (i.e. LogMeIn, GoToAssist, TeamViewer,
Ability to quickly learn 3rd party software and teach others (i.e. CRM software)
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to multi-task
Demonstrate extreme patience and courtesy
Superb people skills
Patience of an ox
Problem solving skills like a ninja

Responsibilities may include:

Providing real estate agents, administrators and management with the very best technology support
Offer support in person, remotely and by phone
Listen to and understand the users needs
Windows desktop/laptop support, troubleshooting and maintenance
Preparing systems for deployment
Moving equipment between locations
Installing & maintaining PC hardware
Printer setup and driver installation
Creating and managing email accounts
Virus and malware removal
Traveling between multiple facilities
Miscellaneous administrative duties
Using ticket system to organize and document problems and solutions
Scheduling appointments to meet with end users
Finding creative solutions to challenging technical issues
Assisting with password resets
Resolving issues relating to hardware, software, networks, printers
Data backup/restore, and migration
Advising end users concerning equipment operation and best use
Supporting the IT, Escrow and administration department on various projects
Effectively communicating with management, users and vendors related to their job duties
Cleaning up and formating CSV files exported from contact databases
Create powerpoint presentations

The ideal candidate has:

Experience with Google Apps for Work (Mail, Drive, Calendar, etc.)
Experience with projectors for meetings and presentations
Experience with graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
Experience with web design or maintenance (Hosting, HTML, CSS, PHP, MySql, Wordpress)
Experience with email marketing (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
Experience with IP network technology (specifically VLan, Subnetting, BYOD Readiness)
Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems
Public speaking experience
