Job Description:

State Garden, a leading manufacturer of produce in the Northeast, is seeking an experienced NAV resource to support internal systems as our NAV end users are rapidly expanding! This candidate will perform system analysis on Microsoft NAV and integrations with the Microsoft suite of products. Our company is a fast-paced and challenging, but rewarding. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 7 years hands on experience with MS Dynamics. NAV is required, preferably in a consulting or design role.

Candidates must understand wide variety of NAV functions including:

O/E to A/P
High volume manufacturing with multi-level BOM
Advanced warehousing in a multi-location lot controlled environment
Detailed inventory costing requirements
ADC
EDI
Strong finance and operations background required
Experience working with IT in the Fresh Produce industry or manufacturing is preferred
Functional skills with a wide range of data reporting tools.
Excellent inter-personal, communication, and analytical skills and ability to work self-supervised.

Role & Responsibility:

Works directly with COO/CFO
System analysis work on a variety of software systems
Assists in every functional component of the systems development life cycle
Gathers data and utilizes it most efficiently to increase productivity of development project
Collaborates with other team members to efficiently develop a functional plan
Gathers and analyzes business requirements to improve/enhance business processes
Works alongside department heads during implementations and process upgrades
Develops sound documentation to support and train end users
Strong finance and operations background required
